These terms govern your use of atlasverum.co.uk (the “Site”) operated by Atlas Verum Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under number 17203202, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (“Atlas Verum”, “we”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. No professional advice on this Site

The content on this Site is provided for general information about Atlas Verum’s practice and is not professional advice. Nothing on the Site creates an auditor-client, accountant-client, or any other professional relationship. Engagements begin only once a written engagement letter has been signed by both parties.

2. Regulated activities

Atlas Verum Limited is not a registered audit firm under Part 42 of the Companies Act 2006 and does not sign statutory audit opinions. Where an engagement requires a signed statutory audit opinion under UK law, Atlas Verum partners with a registered audit firm whose details will be disclosed in the engagement letter.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, layout, design, code, the Atlas Verum wordmark, and associated branding, is the property of Atlas Verum Limited or its licensors. You may view and print individual pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent.

AuditEngine is operated by Atlas Verum Limited at auditengine.agency. Use of AuditEngine is subject to its own terms of service. References to AuditEngine on this Site are illustrative and do not constitute an offer of access.
